A New Hydrangea—and a Fight for the Cure |
|
|
Large white globes of flowers have always been the trademarks of the 'Annabelle' hydrangea (Hydrangea arborescens 'Annabelle'). Until now, that is.
Heads up! There's a new 'Annabelle' hybrid in town. The Invincibelle Spirit hydrangea (Hydrangea arborescens 'NCHA1' Invincibelle Spirit) is the first mop-head form of Hydrangea arborescens with pink flowers.
The hot pink flowers bloom from early summer right up until frost—in full sun to fairly heavy shade and in a variety of soils. If the eye-popping new color isn't enough for you (which is doubtful!), consider this: Proven Winners will donate $1 to the Breast Cancer Research Foundation for every plant sold.
Click here to add the Invincibelle Spirit hydrangea to your garden—and support a good cause.
